We are looking for a personal assistant for a lively 7-year-old boy with autism.
Our client is an active boy who has difficulties with communication, interaction, and has a limited understanding of dangers and risks.
As an assistant, you will be a pedagogical playmate and friend who helps the client understand his surroundings and ensures that he does not end up in situations that could be dangerous for him.
Your work will also include assisting the client with his basic needs such as hygiene and food, as well as accompanying him to activities and medical appointments.
We are looking for someone who is a positive person, mature, self-assured, patient, accepting, and a problem solver in the moment.
The client attends school during the day, so you as an assistant will work in the afternoon/evening or on weekends as needed.
This is a part-time position.
