The Psychiatric Clinic in Norrköping is part of the Psychiatric Center and consists of three outpatient clinics (including one Addiction Clinic), emergency services with observation places and mobile teams, as well as four inpatient care departments.

We are now looking for a medical administrator for the Psychiatric Clinic Lindövägen. You who apply will be part of a team of four medical administrators.

Job Description

• Responsible for patient-related documentation
• Contact with patients via phone, 1177, and similar.
• Works according to local job descriptions that may exist at the workplace.
• Works with compensation systems linked to patient documentation.
• Participates in operational follow-up.
• Works in the team and contributes to good cooperation and open dialogue with colleagues.

Work Group

The clinic offers assessment, investigation, and treatment to patients over 18 years old with severe and moderate mental health issues. The clinic has a general psychiatric focus as well as a specialist team focused on Eating Disorders. About 50 employees work at the clinic in various professions such as doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, caregivers, and medical administrators.

About You

We are looking for someone with formal training as a medical administrator. Since we work in the Cosmic journal system, it is advantageous if you have good knowledge of the system as well as good skills in expressing yourself in the Swedish language, both in speech and writing.
