We are looking for an IT security specialist with a focus on security protection for a critical government authority environment. You will be part of IT production and be part of a qualified team that delivers services with high quality and security. The assignment involves supporting the further development of methods and processes for security protection work, including security protection analysis, security protection measures, and the implementation of technical systems and routines.

The role operates at the intersection of operations and IT (operations, management, and development) and requires a proactive approach where you identify improvements in information and IT security.

• Contribute to the delivery area for security protection within IT production and ensure high quality and security in deliveries.
• Support information classification and translate classification into appropriate protection in existing and upcoming IT systems.
• Plan and participate in the implementation of security protection-related technical measures.
• Conduct and document security protection analysis and security protection assessments.
• Improve, develop, and document routines and guidelines within security protection and related IT security.
• Work proactively and propose initiatives that strengthen the authority's information and IT security.

• At least two years of experience in security protection-related technical architecture and design (acquired in the workplace in the last five years).
• At least three years of experience in the operation of IT infrastructure with a broad understanding of dependencies between computer environments/IT infrastructure and applications, systems, and services (acquired in the workplace in the last five years).
• At least three years of experience in implementing security protection-related technical measures (acquired in the workplace in the last five years).
• At least two years of experience in conducting security protection analysis and security protection assessments in larger organizations, authorities, or similar (acquired in the workplace in the last five years).
• At least two years of experience applying relevant regulations such as PMFS, MSBFS, and FM KFS (acquired in the workplace in the last five years).
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in security protection in state, municipality, or county council or in a larger company (> 100 employees).
• Experience in signal protection.
