We are looking for an experienced solution architect who wants to work on the maintenance and further development of an existing development platform. The assignment focuses on strengthening the platform's ability to support software development operations, including build and delivery flows, as well as ensuring that technical and security requirements are met. You will operate in an environment where collaboration with development, operations, cybersecurity, and product owners is a natural part of everyday life.

• Further develop and maintain the development platform from a software development perspective
• Define and establish architecture principles, standards, and patterns for internal developer platforms (on-prem)
• Design, optimize, and further develop pipeline solutions for building, packaging, automation, and release processes
• Integrate security into the platform according to shift-left, including identity and access control, security frameworks, and vulnerability management
• Work closely with developers, operations, cybersecurity, and product owners to translate needs into platform features
• Act as lead developer and implement changes and new functionality in the development platform

• At least 9 years of experience in the role of solution architect
• Experience in defining and establishing architecture principles, standards, and patterns for internal developer platforms for on-prem use
• Experience in defining and establishing solutions for automated building and packaging of software as well as designing and optimizing pipelines, automation, and release processes
• Experience in integrating security into a development platform (shift-left) with identity control, access control, security frameworks, and vulnerability management
• Experience in close collaboration with developers, operations, cybersecurity, and product owners, as well as the ability to translate needs into platform features
• Ability to work as a lead developer and implement changes and new functionality in the development platform
• Good knowledge of container technology and orchestration, such as Kubernetes

• Experience with GitOps and/or configuration-as-code
• Experience with OpenShift
• Experience with DevOps and Platform Engineering
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with secure software development
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience with automation using Ansible
• Experience with architectural work within government agencies
