Your role

As a technician, you are part of our Digital Workplace section and work with everything from computers, mobile phones, and printers to conference rooms and information screens. You handle troubleshooting, installations, and ticket management, and are responsible for orders, registry maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding of employees. The role also involves acting as project support during rollouts and equipment replacements, as well as helping users get started with systems and applications. You staff our local IT front desk and are an extension of the Service Desk. Travel between our locations may occur.

You are structured and have the ability to keep order in an environment with many parallel tasks. You are proactive and see opportunities to take responsibility and develop in the role. You are confident in your communication, responsive to the needs of the business, and build trust by delivering solutions that work. Additionally, you are loyal and enjoy creating good relationships in a team that values collaboration.

We expect you to have

• High school education, preferably with an electrical or IT focus.
• Good computer skills and interest in IT.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.

It is a plus if you have

• Experience with Windows, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office 365
• Experience in IT support, ITIL
• Experience with Intune or Workspace
