Job Responsibilities

The position is part of the Operations Support Department within Social Services. We strive to be a strategic, reliable, and value-creating support to other operations within Social Services. We work with a trust-based leadership where you will be able to contribute to the development of the department, Social Services, and Piteå.

You will primarily work with:

Ensuring a cohesive management of our operational system Combine and its related systems.
Ensuring the management organization and contributing to the development of systems and processes together with other roles such as object specialists, super users, management, and users in the operations.
Coordinating the operations in handling work processes related to the operational system, being the link between the system and the operations. Currently, the main focus will be to support the changes in work processes based on the new Social Services Act and ensure that system and process support in Combine are aligned.
Complementary tasks such as implementing the social services data register law, implementing system support regarding individual systematic follow-up, and support in e-service development.
In the long run, as the need for Combine decreases, other tasks related to the management of welfare technology and associated processes may be included in this role.

Qualifications

You have a university degree in system management, another relevant area, or other education that the employer deems appropriate. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through work experience.

You have previous experience in similar work, preferably within a larger organization and preferably experience in working within social services.

You are self-driven, take responsibility for your tasks, structure, and drive your issues forward. You have a strategic approach where you consider the best interests of the entire operation and are good at leading and motivating others to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with the operations, understands challenges, and finds improvements both regarding work processes and various technical solutions. You have good communication skills regardless of whether you are talking to operational staff or suppliers of technical solutions.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

More about the position

Scope: Permanent full-time employment.
Start date: As soon as possible by agreement.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday. Possibility of flexible hours.
