Purpose of the Position

The purpose of the position as a Swedish-speaking IT Support Specialist is to ensure professional, competent, and service-oriented support to CompuSoft's Scandinavian customers in the use of our proprietary software. The role combines technical support, consulting, and customer training, and is of great importance to the customers' daily operations and their overall experience with CompuSoft.

You will be part of the Scandinavian support function based at our sister company Paxess in Piteå, where you will support customers in Sweden and, when necessary, also Danish and Norwegian customers. Support is provided via phone, digital channels, and during physical customer visits.

The position requires a high level of technical understanding, a willingness to continuously develop your skills in our software, and the ability to communicate positively, consultatively, and professionally – regardless of whether the contact is in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or English. The role actively contributes to high customer satisfaction, strong customer relationships, and continuous improvement of our support and training efforts.

Main Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Customer Management

  • Support customers in using CompuSoft's software via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and user-related issues
  • Document and follow up on support cases
  • Deliver professional and service-oriented support in
  • Swedish
  • English
  • Scandinavian languages

2. Consulting & Customer Experience

  • Be advisory, positive, and accommodating in all customer interactions
  • Ensure a safe and professional customer experience – even when cases are complex or the pace is high
  • Help customers get the most value from the software

3. Training & Consulting Visits

  • Participate in training and onboarding of customers in our software
  • Conduct physical consulting visits to customers in Scandinavia
  • Contribute to the improvement of training materials, guides, and documentation

4. Collaboration & Development

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in support, Customer Success, and development
