ABOUT THE POSITION
Academic Work is seeking students for part-time work as Service Desk Staff on behalf of Atea in Luleå. You will work for Atea with selected clients. In your role, you will primarily be responsible for handling both order and error reports. Your main focus will be on support via phone and email, where you will manage incoming cases. To ensure you have the right conditions for the job, you will receive thorough training in the tasks and the various systems you will use. To best combine work with your studies, shifts will be scheduled for evenings and weekends. You will become part of our wonderful pool of students who currently work with us at Atea. The work is structured according to checklists, and you will have clear instructions on how to prioritize and act in your role. It’s about juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on providing high-quality service. Your shifts will be adjusted to fit your studies, and we will work together with Atea to ensure good planning when booking shifts.
This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Receive incoming error reports from clients via phone and email
- Coordinate technicians in various troubleshooting situations
- Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues
- Be a teammate who supports each other in the pool
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a post-secondary level and has at least two years left of your studies
- Has a background in IT, education, or a strong interest in IT
- Writes and speaks Swedish fluently, as the language is used in daily work
- Can work at least 10 hours a week during evenings and weekends
- Can perform the majority of shifts physically at Atea's office in Luleå
- Can work more hours during holidays and major events
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in service work.
