The Administrative Systems unit, which also staffs a team with a test leader and systems specialists for healthcare systems, is tasked with managing and developing a large number of the systems used by Region Norrbotten. Together with colleagues from other units, we ensure stable operations, continuous development, and the implementation of new solutions to meet the needs of the business.

We are looking for

For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
-    Relevant university or college education or equivalent experience that the employer deems equivalent
-    Leadership experience
-    Experience in testing within IT 
-    Very good technical competence and experience working digitally 
-    Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
-    Driving license B

It is meritorious if you have:
-    Experience in test leadership 
-    Experience in test automation and testing tools 
-    Experience in agile working methods 
-    Experience in business development, preferably using AI
-    Experience in assignment and/or project management 
-    Experience in ITIL and pm3

This is what you will be working with

Region Norrbotten has had a new healthcare information system, Cosmic, for about a year, and the main tasks relate to Cosmic and surrounding systems and components. Expect an exciting environment where tasks vary over time. 
In the role of test leader, you will plan, prioritize, and lead the work of the test team, and you will also work on developing processes related to testing. You will also work on testing to varying extents. 
A large part of your working time will involve collaboration both internally within the IT/MT department and with business-related management, as well as with external suppliers and other partners. You will work in a wonderful team with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues.

Information about the position

In your position, you will be employed as a system administrator, but your function and main tasks will be as a test leader. The role does not include personnel responsibility.

We offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, but deployments may occur at other times. Start date is by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
