We are looking for an experienced solution architect who wants to take overall responsibility for the maintenance and further development of an established development platform in a government environment. The platform supports several delivery teams and includes a build and delivery pipeline, toolchain, as well as technical and security requirements. You will work both strategically and hands-on: from proposing and designing improvements to implementing them. The environment includes both an existing platform based on JBoss and a new container-based platform.

The assignment is security classified.

• Design and implement further development of the development platform including build and delivery pipeline.
• Work with automation and tools such as Ansible, Argo, and shell script.
• Configure, integrate, and manage the platform's products, such as Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Mattermost, and BitBucket.
• Provide user support to delivery teams and ensure an efficient working method in the platform.
• Capture needs from users and translate them into improvements and platform features.
• Monitor the market and proactively suggest improvements in platform, CI/CD, and security.

• Several years of experience in solution architecture for internal development platforms (on-prem), including defining architecture principles, standards, and patterns.
• Experience in establishing solutions for automated build and packaging processes as well as designing and optimizing pipelines, automation, and release processes.
• Experience in integrating security into development platforms (shift-left), including identity control, access control, security frameworks, and vulnerability management.
• Experience working closely with development, operations, cybersecurity, and product owners, translating needs into platform features.
• Ability to act as lead developer and implement changes and new functionality in the development platform.
• Good competence in container technology and orchestration, such as Kubernetes.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience with Linux.
• Experience in secure software development.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Experience with automation using Ansible.
• Experience with architectural work within government agencies.
