The Administrative Systems unit, which also staffs a team with a test leader and systems specialists for healthcare systems, is tasked with managing and developing a large number of the systems that Region Norrbotten uses. Together with colleagues from other units, we ensure stable operations, continuous further development, and the introduction of new solutions to meet the needs of the business.

We are looking for

For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
- Relevant university or college education or equivalent experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- Very good technical competence and experience working digitally
- Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with agile working methods
- Experience with ITIL and pm3
- Experience in business development, preferably using AI
- Experience in testing work within IT
- Experience in assignment and/or project management
- Leadership experience

This is what you will work with

Region Norrbotten has had a new healthcare information system, Cosmic, for about a year now, and the main tasks involve Cosmic as well as surrounding systems, integrations, and components. Expect an exciting environment where tasks vary over time.
You will work within the IT-related management with a focus on, among other things:
- Incident and problem management, such as troubleshooting
- Change management, technical investigations, needs management, planning and conducting technical tests/verifications and deployments
- Development and review of technical documentation
- Technical project management

A large part of the working time involves collaboration both internally within the IT/MT department and with operational management, as well as with external suppliers and other partners. You will work in a wonderful team where you have support from colleagues in the same role.

Information about the position

You will be employed as a system administrator, but your function and main tasks are as a systems specialist.
The position is a permanent full-time employment, with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, but deployments may sometimes need to be carried out outside of regular working hours. Start date is according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
