What we will do together 🤝 AI and Machine Learning are becoming increasingly important in many of our projects. As an AI lead, you will contribute to and lead the region's work in the AI/ML field and divide your time among several activities. We believe your tasks may look like this:

• In the early phases of projects, such as pre-sales and feasibility studies, you contribute by identifying potential, business opportunities, and helping the client understand AI.

• You develop Proof-of-Concepts and create solutions, from data management to ML training and deployment.

• In the development phase, you contribute hands-on and drive the work of integrating AI while supporting our developers and clients.

• In the final phase of projects, you assist with solutions and routines to ensure long-term management of models and data flows.

As the field is new for us in the region, you will be the first to take on this role locally, but you will be part of the company's AI group with more colleagues from different offices. We see several opportunities where you can also contribute locally by bringing knowledge about AI/Data engineering and gathering inspiration and knowledge from local networks, which you can then share at our office through workshops, lectures, and projects.

To succeed in the role, we also hope you have:

• About 5 years of work experience in a similar role and familiarity with data management and analysis.

• Solid knowledge of techniques for Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and model optimization for efficient management.

• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
