Description

The IT Office is an internal support function aimed at meeting the computerized needs of municipal operations. The Arjeploghus and Silver Museum foundations are also part of this service delivery. The IT Office acts as the supplier, and the operations are our customers.

The work is highly dynamic, offering significant variety and breadth.

You will work with the operation and maintenance of the IT environment, as well as end-user support.

You will also provide technical support to operations/customers during change processes.

In your role, you will primarily work with products from Microsoft and Fortinet, with opportunities to deepen your knowledge in relevant areas.

Additionally, you will serve as the local contact for Norrbotten E-Nämnd's e-service developers.

Qualifications

You have a relevant academic education or equivalent relevant experience/knowledge.

You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good knowledge of English.

A B-class driver's license is required.

You are a person with a genuine technical interest, who is analytical and systematic. We believe you have the ability to prioritize and take initiative.

• MDM (Mobile Device Management)
• General hardware knowledge (PCs, mobile devices, peripherals)
• Linux

Experience with programming or automation is a plus.
