About the assignment

We are looking for several switchboard operators for our client, a government authority in Mariestad. The position is a consulting assignment through Bemannia starting no earlier than February 16 (latest start March 9) and lasting until September 25, 2026. The position is full-time 100% and you will work at the client's premises in Mariestad.

Your responsibilities

In your role as a switchboard operator, you will be the face of the authority. You will work service-oriented and be able to quickly adapt to different situations that may arise and enjoy working with people. You will work in the switchboard forwarding calls to ensure they reach the right person or group. To thrive in this role, we believe you are positive, service-oriented, and customer-focused. It is important that you have good communication skills and a good approach towards both customers and colleagues, instilling confidence. It is also significant that you can work independently while having a very good ability to collaborate. We think you will benefit if you are stimulated by working in a fast-paced environment. Your qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent with passing grades

• At least one (1) year of experience in service and customer interaction via phone

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written language

• Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written language

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
