About the position
- As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will represent Releasy and our client Sappa, a telecom company that provides broadband, TV, digital care services, and landline telephony to customers across Sweden.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers via calls and emails.
- Your main tasks include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- You will assist with support and troubleshooting of a service that the customer is having problems with, for example regarding Broadband or TV.
- Identify sales opportunities and solutions that drive added value for the customer.
- Your primary goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.
To provide you with a good introduction to the job, the employment begins with 2 weeks of training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will gradually learn new things and grow.
The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probation period. Working hours vary within the assignment's opening hours, which are Monday to Friday 08:00-19:00 and 10:00-14:00 on weekends and public holidays. Training starts on 2026-02-16.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

You are motivated by working towards goals and strive to achieve excellent results, with a strong motivation for upselling. You have a natural ability to foresee problems and find practical solutions. Additionally, you can handle stress and quickly adapt to new situations in your daily work environment.
