As a Business Manager, you will not only have a field-intensive and independent role at the forefront of agriculture, but you will also enjoy generous terms. Your responsibilities
- Develop and be responsible for your own sales area linked to our entire product portfolio with a focus on circular products and proactive sales of these.
- Plan and coordinate seasons, distribution, and customer rotation with a focus on lime, sludge, and biogas fertilizer in close collaboration with logistics and production.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, from first contact to quote, negotiation, and business follow-up.
- Participate in fairs, customer events, and local marketing initiatives.
- Follow up with customers, responsible for profitability, customer satisfaction, and documentation in the company's CRM system. You will work commercially with budgets, forecasts, and follow-up of volumes and margins, contributing to a clear picture of the development in your area.
Good to know
The role involves regular travel and some overnight stays. The position is based in Gothenburg and requires office presence 2–3 days a week. You will work independently but always maintain close contact with your team. The employment is full-time, and you will report to the Sales Manager.
You will be an important part of a growing company with the goal of tripling revenue within a few years, where every employee has a significant impact. As a Business Manager, you have a clear mandate to conduct business negotiations and enter into customer agreements within given frameworks. You have great freedom in your work, but also responsibility to ensure that your decisions align with the company's guidelines and overall goals.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and business-oriented. You have a clear drive, are structured, and confident in working independently in the field. We seek someone with previous sales experience. You are used to making contact, building relationships, and closing deals, preferably within agriculture or similar.
Practical or theoretical understanding of agriculture is a prerequisite for success in the role, for example through personal experience or education as an agricultural engineer. Furthermore, you are digitally savvy, comfortable with travel, and thrive in an environment where change, entrepreneurship, and initiative are part of everyday life. Experience with lime, fertilizer, or REVAQ is an advantage.
