As a Teamleader, you are the right hand of the store manager and a key person in the daily operations of the store. You lead by being an inspiring role model, delegate tasks, and ensure that we always deliver a world-class customer experience. Your commitment and energy inspire the team, and together you work towards the store's goals.

Your responsibilities: Daily management: Plan and lead the daily work in the store to ensure smooth operations. Teamwork: Motivate and coach your colleagues to create a positive and engaged work environment. Operational work: Be active in the store and participate in all tasks, from customer service to inventory management. Communication: Ensure that information and guidelines are communicated to the team clearly and effectively. Commercial focus: Optimize sales through work with planograms, displays, and product placement. Responsibility: In addition to the above points, you will also act as the store manager's substitute when needed and take responsibility for the store in their absence.

Requirements and qualifications: Do you have a strong desire to drive sales and achieve set goals? We are looking for an engaging colleague and role model who can help the team perform at their best. You have experience in sales and customer service, are communicative and organized with the ability to delegate and prioritize. Additionally, you are solution-oriented, quick-thinking, and thrive in a changing environment.

You have a good ability to independently identify and perform necessary tasks and are motivated by contributing to the store's success. Experience in retail is essential, and you need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We offer two 75% positions with start dates to be agreed upon. A 6-month probationary period applies.
