Background We have high ambitions regarding the utilization of our valuable data - both to understand and develop our operations and to strengthen our service offerings. Therefore, the initiative Smart with Data is strategically important to us. The Data Services team consists of five driven developers and architects who have built a data and analytics platform with a technical infrastructure that enables AI-applied analysis and report generation.

As we make more data available, we now want it to be utilized throughout the organization where it creates real business value. Our goal is to develop together into an even more data-driven and insight-based organization.

Job Description As Team Lead Data Services, you are the vital link between the business and the solutions the team delivers. You drive the product area Data Services, lead the staff, ensure well-being and engagement, and create progress in deliveries. In this role, you have a high presence in the organization and, through curiosity and dialogue, identify and specify needs that are then taken forward to the team. You also work with inspiring and knowledge-enhancing initiatives such as workshops and presentations.

Your overarching goal is to promote a data-driven work approach, spread knowledge, act supportively, and demonstrate opportunities. You will base your work on the company's shared goals within the Smart with Data area and find ways to make data operationally useful and a strategic asset. The team works agile, so a large part of your role will be as a product owner, which means that you;

• Lead initiatives and are responsible for the roadmap within Data Services
• Translate business needs into concrete sprints and features and define acceptance criteria
• Prioritize the backlog based on business value and technical prerequisites
• Have active environmental monitoring and contribute to developing and improving processes and services while ensuring they are sustainable and value-creating over time

The role is part of the Offer and Data Services department under Marketing. You will have a responsive and engaged manager in Karin Ekh, head of Private Market, who is also the personnel manager for the team's employees.

Your profile and background We are looking for someone with experience in Data & Analytics, which enables you to understand both the technical platform and the team's mission to lead the work forward. You have previously led teams or product areas, for example as a product owner, team lead, or line manager, and are familiar with agile working methods.

As a person, you are driven, take clear ownership, and create engagement through a trustworthy leadership style. You have the ability to set direction and navigate in complex stakeholder environments where structure and relationship-building are crucial. You thrive in change and find it easy to create consensus when different perspectives need to be balanced.

In terms of experience, we are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position
• Work experience in Data & Analytics; data warehouse, data management, BI, master data, system development, or similar areas
• Experience leading teams, creating direction, and driving work forward in an iterative and opportunity-oriented manner

• Strategic ability: see how the team's work contributes to business utility, customer value, and long-term development

Domain knowledge in the energy sector, for example in measurements, signal data, facilities and operations, as well as industrial production environments/OT is advantageous for the role but not a requirement. To drive the ongoing work, we also see that you are an advocate for AI-based methods to interpret and generate information.

Furthermore, fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is also a requirement, as well as Swedish citizenship. Since we are a security-classified operation, a background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
