Job Description

The Region Area West Properties Operations is responsible for operations, supervision, maintenance, and customer service.

Our properties are complex and technically challenging. With our specialist knowledge and understanding of our customers' conditions, we help create the conditions for life-saving care.

The Customer Service Administration unit is part of the Region Area West Properties Operations and serves its own operations and tenants throughout the region. The Customer Service Administration consists of about 11 employees, located in Gothenburg, Borås, Trollhättan, and Skövde.

The position is based in Borås and involves temporary work during the spring, full-time work during the summer, with opportunities for continued temporary work in the autumn.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant in customer service, you will receive reports of faults and orders for VGR's properties. You will handle cases related to property operations, customer requests, and internal service. In this role, you will act as customer service through phone, email, and web forms. Additionally, you will also answer questions from visitors.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we see that you have at least a high school education and good IT skills. A requirement for the position is that you have good knowledge of Swedish - both spoken and written. You enjoy customer contact, can communicate well, and deliver good service. As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. The role can be combined with ongoing studies.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in customer service and/or with similar tasks.
