JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be one of the key professionals in the administration at Västerhöjd. You will provide essential support to the principals in employer processes regarding recruitment, drafting employment contracts, administering the organization, time reporting, and registering personnel schedules in the operational system. You will ensure that new staff have the necessary technical equipment, introduce them to the personnel systems, and have significant responsibility for daily substitute procurement.

You will support the operations with routines, plan and schedule groups/classes and staff for national tests, and together with colleagues in the administration, staff the office where you assist students, staff, and external visitors.

You will maintain close contact with our support functions such as HR and payroll offices, legal advisors, and administrators within the Sector of Children and Education. You will collaborate with colleagues in neighboring municipalities to develop partnerships, routines, and daily operations.

You are an important part of ensuring that Västerhöjd is a strong organization, a good workplace for employees, and providing students with the best conditions to succeed in their education. You are vital to our entire operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher education in HR, personnel administration, organization and leadership, or business administration.
• You have several years of experience in personnel administrative work, including support for principals/managers.
• You have basic knowledge of labor law processes regarding preferential rights to re-employment, working hours, and rest regulations.
• You have knowledge and experience working with digital tools and the Office suite.
• You have knowledge and experience working in operational systems such as Medvind, HR portal, WinLas, Wisma Recruit, Edlevo, Skola24, Proceedo, ERP, Hypergene, Inspera.
• Good knowledge of GDPR.
• You are an outgoing person with good communication skills who is used to taking initiative, working independently, and taking responsibility.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Since the work involves many contacts both within and outside the organization, you feel comfortable communicating professionally through various digital and social media. The job requires good collaboration skills and the ability to be flexible, while you must also take significant personal responsibility and independently complete tasks.

Interviews will be held on Friday 20/2, Tuesday 24/2, and Wednesday 25/2.
