We at Kraftstaden Fastigheter are now looking for an experienced and driven communicator who wants to strengthen our team for one year.

We are looking for a temporary employee starting May 1.

As a communicator with us, you will play a key role in creating engaging content that strengthens our relationship with tenants, citizens, and partners. You will:

• Be involved in all communication work carried out in the department
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to highlight the operations
• Create content in the form of text, images, videos, and graphic design, plan and execute communication around events and various activities.

We are looking for someone who:

You have relevant education in communication. You need to have good experience in photography, writing reports, and have worked with social media and updated websites. It is important that you have experience working with social media for professional purposes. Experience in place marketing is an advantage. You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and find it easy to collaborate with both internal and external contacts. We expect you to be attentive, unpretentious, and outgoing. You have an inner drive and a positive attitude towards your work and enjoy making a difference through communication.

You actively use IT systems and digital tools in your work and have a genuine interest in development in your field. You keep yourself updated on new technology and preferably have a particular interest in digitalization and AI as tools to drive the business forward.
