We are looking for an experienced researcher in executive search who can support an executive recruiter with research and the creation of a longlist in several parallel recruitment processes. The assignments primarily involve executive recruitments as well as senior specialist roles/key positions in areas relevant to municipal operations.

You will work in a structured and data-driven manner to map target companies and identify the right individuals, then establish contact and ensure interest and match against the requirement profile. Deliveries will be made in close dialogue with the executive recruiter before each recruitment process.

• Conduct systematic mapping of target companies/organizations and relevant talent pools
• Identify incumbents in relevant positions for each requirement profile
• Contact and conduct initial conversations with identified candidates
• Assess match and ensure the candidate's interest in the role
• Compile and present a longlist of approximately 5–10 interested candidates per assignment

• At least 5 years of experience as a researcher in executive and specialist recruitment
• Completed at least 5 research assignments at higher executive levels or heavier specialist roles in the last three years, in areas of interest for municipalities (e.g., real estate, finance, digitalization, law)
• Own LinkedIn Recruiter license (Recruiter Lite is not sufficient)
• Experience with research related to the Skåne job market (reference assignments must pertain to placements in Skåne)

• Previous search assignments in the public sector
