Within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Hässleholm, there is traditional outpatient care that forms the basis of the clinical operations, as well as infant care and access to intermediate care services based in Kristianstad. The operations are conducted in interdisciplinary teams with broad expertise, and we have also established functional teams focusing on specific problem areas.

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Bup) outpatient care offers assessment, treatment, and investigation for children/youth and their families in Hässleholm, Perstorp, and Osby municipalities. Our team consists of about 20 employees from various professional categories such as psychologists, doctors, social workers, nursing staff, and nurses. We have a creative and positive work environment where we care for each other. Through our excellent collaboration, we create a good working environment and patient-safe care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a medical secretary, you will organize and structure the administrative work at the reception. You are an important part of the teamwork, and your main tasks will be carried out using the systems MedSpeech and Melior. Additionally, registrations will be done in, among others, PASiS. The tasks also include telephone service, reception work, mail handling, and assisting the reception staff with various tasks.

The role of the medical secretary is changing, and Region Skåne is preparing for the implementation of the comprehensive digital platform Skånes Digitala Vårdsystem (SDV), which will replace several of today's journal systems. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a recognized education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p KY/400p YH or equivalent medical secretary training. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of medical terminology and excellent skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you are an experienced computer user and have prior experience with any of our journal systems Melior, MedSpeech, and PASiS.
