Experienced and Secure Teacher Wanted for Substitute Position in Grade 3

About the Assignment

As a teacher in grade 3 with us, you will be responsible for teaching Swedish, mathematics, English, social studies, and natural sciences.

You will be part of a team where collaboration and collegial learning are in focus. Since this is a temporary substitute position, it is important that you can step in and continue the ongoing work to create security and a conducive learning environment for the students.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching based on Lgr22.
• Mentorship for a group of students (including contact with guardians).
• Collaboration with colleagues in the team and after-school care.
• Actively working on students' knowledge development and social security.

Who Are You?

We place great importance on finding the right person for this assignment. Since it is a substitute position for one term, we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient and has experience leading a class.

Qualifications:

• You preferably have a teaching certificate with qualifications for teaching grades 1-3.
• You have documented experience in the teaching profession.
• You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and digital tools.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Personal Qualities:

To succeed in the role, you need to be clear, structured, and flexible. You have a low-affect approach and the ability to see each student's needs. Since you will be coming in mid-year, it is crucial that you have experience building trusting relationships with both students and guardians.

Practical Information

• Scope: 60-100% by agreement.
