At Mammut Montessori Preschool in Öjersjö, you will find a positive work environment with colleagues who enjoy their jobs. The preschool is a parent cooperative with space for about 50 children divided into three departments. The children are aged 1-5 years.

We work inspired by Maria Montessori's pedagogy and have a clear focus on health and nature. The preschool is close to nature, which we strive to utilize as often as we can. For us at Mammut Montessori, it is important that the operation is permeated by a positive spirit with great trust in the child's abilities. Through appropriately sized challenges, we aim to provide children with the best conditions for development and learning. It is also very important to us that the children feel safe and happy at preschool. We collaborate a lot between departments, which requires great flexibility, responsiveness, and a willingness to help each other.

We are looking for substitute teachers who can work as needed and cover for regular educators' absences. It is important that you are flexible and have a positive and professional attitude. Qualifications

• You understand and master the Swedish language in speech
• You are curious, engaged, and have good collaboration skills.
• You are flexible with communication skills and not afraid to take your own initiatives.
• You put the child at the center and have a clear focus on children's learning.
