The client seeking a female assistant needs help and support in her daily life. You will be the woman's extended arms and legs, helping her communicate with others. Since the woman lives in her own home, it is also part of your role as a personal assistant to support her with daily tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking.
Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and waiting time on both weekdays and weekends. Part of the time will involve double staffing with two assistants. For the position at approximately 75%, there is a rolling schedule over 6 weeks.
The workplace is wherever the client is, which includes her home, with friends, at the stable, on trips, and during activities.
You as an assistant should be good at collaborating, be engaged, see solutions, and be confident in yourself. As the client's daily life varies from day to day, and thus her need for help, it is important that you are flexible. We also expect you to have an eye for detail, to sense situations, and to be positive.
You need to be flexible for travel in the job as the client sometimes wants to go away for a weekend or train for a period in another location.
