Scania Industrial Maintenance AB is a technical production support company that is part of Scania CV AB. About the role

We are looking for someone with a strong drive to develop and ensure quality in various projects.

Together with your other engaged colleagues, you will be tasked with driving and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time. You will be part of a team consisting of twelve project managers and three electrical designers.

Your main responsibilities

Your tasks will involve leading or participating in the projects we have.

You will be responsible for budget, schedule, functionality, and quality. You will initiate and lead meetings with various parties, which may include authorities, consulting engineers, the management organization, contractors, etc.

You will be responsible for or participate in the design of system solutions and constructions.

With us, you will work broadly with process management such as risk analyses, calculations, bids, and schedules.

Daily contacts with customers, media representatives, and the operations organization are also included.

Working on continuous improvements and the development of systems and working methods is part of everyday life.

Who are you

You have previous experience in design and project management within electrical engineering and also have competence in contract law. You should also have good technical knowledge in fire safety and security.

You are skilled at planning and structuring your work, allowing you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You have good communication and collaboration skills and are a natural problem solver who sees opportunities when things do not go as planned.

With both local and international contacts, you express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Experience in the role of Construction Work Environment Coordinator (BAS) is an advantage.

You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the field. Good knowledge of project management tools and methods is an advantage.

You believe that communication is key to everything and are therefore skilled at building and developing relationships with your various stakeholders.
