We are now looking for a senior property engineer for a consulting assignment with a public housing company in Stockholm. The company has about 350 employees and a growing property portfolio that is being developed in connection with a larger acquisition in Hjulsta. The assignment is a consultancy position through Future People.

The property portfolio includes approximately 1,200 apartments and 5,000 square meters of commercial premises distributed across 41 buildings.

The role belongs to the technical unit and focuses on energy optimization, operation, and maintenance. You have a coordinating and coaching function and are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on energy measures in line with the city's and the company's goals. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the technical unit, the management organization, and external suppliers and contractors.

You support the operations organization through coaching and technical advice in operations, maintenance, and optimization. You initiate and lead energy investigations, prepare calculations, and calculate energy savings, as well as follow up on implemented measures. You are responsible for monitoring and reporting energy consumption and presenting decision-making materials to management. You participate in meetings, lead energy-related training, and ensure compliance with laws and regulatory requirements. You also contribute to the development of routines, working methods, and technical processes.

Requirements – mandatory • Relevant higher education in energy systems or equivalent • At least 10 years of experience as an energy consultant or equivalent role • At least 10 years of experience in systematic energy optimization in larger housing companies with a portfolio of at least 1 million square meters A-temp • Documented knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards in HVAC and energy • Experience in investment calculations and financial assessments • Good IT system skills and experience with digital working methods • Very good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish and English • B driver's license • Documented experience in analyzing district heating consumption • Documented experience in energy optimization of commercial premises
