A growing property portfolio in connection with a larger acquisition in Hjulsta means we are now looking for a property engineer who can strengthen the operational work related to a cohesive and efficient maintenance and inspection planning.
The current portfolio includes approximately 1,200 apartments and about 5,000 square meters of commercial premises, distributed across 41 buildings.
You will be part of the technical function responsible for technical installations and support systems. The work involves planning and managing operations/energy optimization and maintenance, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also includes a client perspective with business-related requirements, follow-up, and verification to ensure accountability related to quality, environment, work environment, and sustainable economy.
The assignment initially focuses on the acquired portfolio but may be expanded to include additional properties in consultation with the client. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the technical function and the management organization and involves a significant amount of on-site work in the properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance inspections of the portfolio
Establish and update maintenance plans in the property system (Greenview)
If necessary, project manage the implementation of maintenance measures
Identify areas for improvement in technology and energy where there is potential for savings
The position is based in the office in Hammarby Sjöstad. On-site work is a central part of the assignment, and reporting is done to the responsible client manager. Some of the work can be performed remotely by agreement, with regular on-site check-ins.
Requirements for the position:
Relevant higher education/university degree in engineering or equivalent (e.g., property, construction, or HVAC engineer), or equivalent competence
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within technical management or a related area in the real estate industry
Documented experience with technical building systems and installation systems (water, HVAC, cooling, etc.)
Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards within technical management and contract law
In-depth experience in property economics and technical/economic calculations, particularly LCC calculations
Documented experience in design, project management, installation coordination, quality monitoring, and inspections
Good IT and administrative skills related to digital workflows
Driver's license (B)
Meritorious:
