We are currently looking for a commercial property manager for a consulting assignment until the summer. The assignment is suitable for those who have both economic and technical expertise in property management and who thrive in an advisory role with many customer contacts.

The properties are commercial, and you will be responsible for the ongoing management and operation for several clients. The assignment is operational and requires good presence in the business as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and assignments.

In the role of commercial property manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of commercial properties with a focus on operations, maintenance, and customer relations. The role combines technical, economic, and administrative tasks and involves close and long-term collaboration with clients.

You will develop customer relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and actively work to ensure that both we and the client have a common goal in the management agreement – and that these goals are met. The role involves planning, driving, and following up on the work in the internal customer team.

• Be responsible for the ongoing management and operation of commercial properties.
• Handle ongoing and temporary maintenance.
• Plan and follow up on maintenance and operations in the properties.
• Maintain close and continuous contact with customers and work in an advisory capacity.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that common goals in the management agreement are clear, followed up, and met.
• Plan, lead, and follow up on the work in the internal customer team.
• Coordinate and follow up on contractors.
• Follow up on technical measures, costs, and delivery.

You have experience in commercial property management and are comfortable working independently in a consulting assignment. You have a good understanding of both economics and technology within property management and are used to taking responsibility for ongoing management and operations.

• Has experience in commercial property management.
• Has a good economic understanding related to operations, maintenance, and follow-up.
• Has technical knowledge in property operations and maintenance.
• Is comfortable in an advisory role with many customer contacts.
• Is structured, self-driven, and business-minded.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Thrives in a consulting role and can quickly adapt to new assignments.
