Description

Skaraborg Hospital is undergoing a significant structural change in palliative care. Our palliative unit is now establishing a consultancy service that will be part of this positive development! Our operations will work cross-professionally with the goal of improving quality of life and alleviating symptoms for patients with palliative care needs. The service will also have an educational and supportive role towards healthcare professionals.

As a coordinator/administrator, you will be a key person contributing to the development and coordination of these important efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and call for meetings, training sessions, and follow-up meetings
• Develop and update training materials and presentation materials
• Coordinate internal and external training opportunities
• Assist with statistics and summaries.
• Handle administrative tasks such as meeting bookings, minutes, and mailings
• Disseminate information.
• Work and participate in development projects

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative and coordinating work, preferably within healthcare, and who has good computer skills (e.g., Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, or similar). You express yourself well both orally and in writing in Swedish. Knowledge of palliative care is an advantage. To thrive in this role, you need to be structured, responsible, and have good collaboration skills and be communicative. We also appreciate a genuine interest in healthcare development and quality. A background in healthcare is a plus!
