We are now looking for an HR Assistant with a focus on recruitment at Aleva Omsorg. For us, recruitment is an important part of everyday life, and HR works closely with the operations – a perfect next step for you who want to further develop from care work.
What does it mean to work as an HR Assistant at Aleva?
As an HR Assistant, you have operational responsibility in our recruitment processes and work closely with both the HR specialist and team leaders. You are involved in the entire recruitment chain, from advertising to the introduction of new employees.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Coordination and administration of recruitment processes
- Advertising, selection, and ongoing contact with candidates
- Booking and participating in interviews
- Reference checking and administration prior to employment
- Support during introduction and onboarding
- Other HR administration related to personnel and recruitment
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is curious about recruitment and enjoys working with people. You may have experience in administration, personnel work, or recruitment – but you may also be working as a caregiver or nursing assistant today and want to take a new step in your career.

About the position
Employment type: Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension
Scope: Full-time or part-time as agreed
Location: Umeå
