Within Kriminalvården's operations, there are more than 70 different job roles, primarily correctional officers but also caseworkers, investigators, nurses, production leaders, transport planners, chefs, teachers, and many more. Kriminalvården's Region Stockholm stretches from Norrtälje in the north to Södertälje in the south. The region consists of eleven operational areas and a regional office in Liljeholmen, Stockholm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a new employee for a permanent position in an exciting and important role in the coordinated staffing group!

As a caseworker/personnel planner within coordinated staffing in Region Stockholm, you will be part of a group of about 30 employees. You will work with colleagues to staff the Hall prison where you will be placed. Travel to the regional office in Liljeholmen will occur regularly.

You will plan staffing at the prison in a quality-assured and efficient manner through daily contact with core operations. Planning is based on laws, routines, and collective agreements. You will address both short-term and long-term vacancies and proactively work to achieve set goals. The role also includes vacation planning and training planning, as well as collaboration with our managers to optimally staff the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills and the willingness and ability to help your colleagues deliver solutions. You work well with complex issues and can analyze difficult problems. In your work, you plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks effectively. It is also important that you can see the bigger picture and take into account the larger perspective. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Complete upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience that Kriminalvården deems relevant
• Experience in personnel planning in Heroma
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
• Good computer skills

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Education in labor law, human resources, or similar education
• Experience in staffing a 24/7 operation
• Current experience with state collective agreements
• Work experience from Kriminalvården

OTHER

In this recruitment, the selection process will begin after the advertising period has ended, and interviews will take place on March 5-6 in Liljeholmen.
