Description

We are looking for an engaged and secure person for the Introduction Programs for a temporary position as a student coach.

With us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference for students who need extra support and motivation to reach their goals.

About the assignment

In the role of student coach, you will support students' personal and academic development and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

Preferably a pedagogical education or other suitable education. Meritorious with an interest in practical aesthetic subjects. You are flexible, structured, and clear in your communication. You have good pedagogical insight, can adapt your approach to different needs, and work creatively to engage students. Collaboration skills and a positive attitude are important qualities.
