About the role

As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspirer, and a source of energy. Your task is to convey the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them long to come back.

You should feel confident taking the stage, sharing yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We offer you:

• Training in the Reformer Pilates concept – we cover that!

• A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest

• A workplace filled with engagement, development, and joy in fitness

We are looking for someone who can:

Hold multiple classes per week and day between the hours of 06:30-20:00 Monday-Sunday; we prefer that you can hold several classes back-to-back.

You do not need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group training and fitness in general

• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others

• Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude

• Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us
