The job involves preventing and managing risks by monitoring premises, patrolling areas, and ensuring that security procedures are followed. Security guards often work closely with people and need to be able to act calmly and professionally in both everyday situations and during incidents. The work can include everything from alarm responses and access controls to reporting anomalies and collaborating with the police or other authorities. The role places high demands on responsibility, integrity, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Registration for the recruitment day is done via a registered application - not via email. Please note that you will be sent an invitation/call once we have processed your application and you have completed the tests sent to you as a first step in the process. The last day for applications is March 1.

For your application to be processed, it is important that you attach the documents listed below in PDF format when applying. The application must include:

• CV including a cover letter
• Approved high school diploma (Minimum requirement approved in Swedish 1)
• Training certificate if you already have valid training for security guards, protection guards, order guards, or other industry-related training and continuing education.

We are now looking for new employees who can work on temporary contracts or on-call employment during the summer months. A temporary contract means that you are employed for a fixed working hours measure for a period. If you are the right employee for us, there are good opportunities for continued employment even after the summer. For those who prefer to work on an on-call basis, this option is also available. As an on-call employee, you are expected to work at least two shifts per month but also have the opportunity to book more work if desired.

To be employed as a security guard with employment in an authorized security company, you must meet our basic requirements:

• 18 years old
• Good Swedish in speech and writing (admission tests will be conducted)
• No criminal record (background and record checks will be conducted)
• Drug-free (random drug tests will be conducted)
• Orderly finances (credit checks will be conducted)
• Approved high school diploma

If you wish to work with us but lack training as a security guard, you will have the opportunity to attend a 9-day security guard training course. This training is conducted by our training organization BYA and is scheduled Monday to Friday with a requirement of 100% attendance. We cover the course fee; what you invest is your time.
