Description

We are now looking for someone who is passionate about community development and wants to work closely with other community builders.

You will be part of a fantastic and stable team consisting of building permit administrators and building inspectors. Together with planning architects, MEX engineers, GIS and measurement engineers, you will be part of the planning and building unit, where we work closely together to influence community development in a long-term and sustainable way.

Responsibilities

As an administrator, you are a community builder and part of the environmental and building committee's administration.

A large part of the work involves processing applications for building permits, notification cases, and supervision cases, and making your own delegation decisions. You will also draft proposals for decisions that you present orally to the members of the Environmental and Building Committee during the committee's meetings.

You provide advice and information about the committee's work and legislation in a way that is accessible and understandable to the recipient.

You work both independently and together with other community builders for a sustainable society.

The work involves close contacts with applicants, affected parties, community members, businesses, builders, construction consultants, and other authorities.

The workplace is located at the municipal office in Kungshamn.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education and/or experience from similar work.

We place great importance on personal suitability to ensure you become a good fit in our team.

As a person, you are knowledgeable, service-oriented, and responsible for your work and the unit's work.

You express yourself very well in speech and writing in the Swedish language.

It is advantageous if you also have an understanding of and experience from the entire construction process. We also welcome candidates with experience in supervision cases within the framework of the Planning and Building Act.
