We are looking for security-conscious, social, stress-resistant, and positive individuals with inner security and a natural drive to help. Security guards work in many different environments with very varied tasks.

Cubsec AB is now seeking security guards for the summer period as well as on-call staff in Gothenburg. As a security guard, your task is to create a safe and secure environment for those living and working in the area, so it is important that you have strong social skills. The tasks deviate from traditional guarding in many respects. A large part of the guarding time is used to create and maintain good relationships with residents and visitors in the area.

Basic requirements:

• Driver's license B
• You must be unpunished and without payment remarks
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma

It is an advantage if you are a trained security guard.

As a security guard at Cubsec, you always display a serious and professional attitude. You act judiciously and proactively for the customer's best interest. You have the ability to create calm and are good at adapting your approach based on the different situations that may arise in the job. You should find it easy to meet other people and build relationships, but also be able to set boundaries and be clear. Given that you may encounter conflictual situations in your work as a security guard, there are high demands for personal maturity and that you are secure in your professional role.
