The School and Education Administration in Skurup Municipality consists of 10 preschools, 7 primary schools, after-school centers, as well as high school and adult education. Our operations are spread throughout the municipality, and we have facilities in the urban area as well as in Slimmingeby, Rydsgård, Skivarp, and Abbekås.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a substitute, you will act as a replacement when regular staff are absent and as reinforcement when extra resources are needed. With us, you will be part of a team that works together based on the curriculum, where you will be exposed to different working methods. The tasks vary, but close contact with children, students, educators, and guardians is central to the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone with a childcare education or someone studying a pedagogical program, such as preschool teacher, after-school teacher, or educator. The job also suits those who want to work extra alongside other studies or those who want to try working in these areas to gain experience in pedagogical work for future education.

The assignment means that you may need to replace regular staff who are absent at short notice, sometimes the same morning. You enjoy working with children of all ages in preschool and feel at home in the preschool environment.

You find it easy to collaborate and contribute to a positive work climate with your colleagues. A respectful and warm approach towards both children and guardians is a given for you.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and can independently perform the usual tasks of preschool.

To succeed in the role, you possess a high degree of flexibility, availability, and good adaptability.

• Flexible: You easily adjust your daily routine and tackle unexpected situations positively.
• Availability: You are easy to contact and can work at least twice a week.
• Good adaptability: You sense social situations and understand what people express. You are unpretentious and easily fill different roles in a workplace.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with children.

It is also advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to a car, as some preschools may be difficult to reach otherwise.
