The Education Administration works with a perspective from 1 to 19 years and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. HJÄRUPSLUND SCHOOL

Hjärupslund School is a grades 7-9 school located in Hjärup with about 390 students. The school is structured with four working teams, each including a special educator. Collaboration within the teams is well developed. Students at the school are very satisfied, and the school's results are very good. Both students and staff have a high level of ambition.

The school is characterized by well-developed collaboration among all staff, where we take joint responsibility for each student's schooling. This approach has proven to yield good results. The school has a good reputation for its work with students in need of special support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a teacher in woodworking for grades 7-9 at Hjärupslund School in Staffanstorp municipality. We offer a permanent position at 40% with a start date of February 23 or by agreement.

Together with the working team, you will be responsible for the students' learning and development. In collaboration with other educators in the team, you will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum. Your role includes participating in the school's development in both subject teams and other pedagogical discussions among colleagues.

We are looking for someone who wants to engage, drive forward, and develop our creative students!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a pedagogical education and a valid teaching license, as well as qualifications in woodworking. You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents. We would prefer you to have experience in similar educational work.

You respond quickly to students' needs and their reactions and feedback. You have the ability to hold presentations, lectures, and training sessions and adapt them to the audience's needs and feedback.

You build good relationships with students and get along well with colleagues. You use humor to strengthen relationships with others.

You plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, follow up, and complete activities.
