Vikens Montessori is a preschool and school located in Viken, in a beautiful environment with nature at your doorstep, close to both forest and sea. The Montessori pedagogy forms the basis of our working methods and perspectives. The core of our operations is to harness children's curiosity and individual abilities and interests. The organization is part of Montessori Sweden Preschools and Schools AB.

We are now looking for a warm and dedicated colleague for our 4-5 year group in the preschool. The preschool currently has 70 children divided into 4 departments where children are offered a well-prepared environment with high pedagogical competence.

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher and/or Montessori educator with broad competence. You have the ability to create inspiring learning environments and maintain good relationships with children, staff, and guardians.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and expect you to be positive, proactive, and genuinely interested in working with children. As a person, you are engaged, well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents regarding children's development and learning, and you see the whole picture in your work. You are flexible and solution-oriented with good collaboration skills and the ability to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Together with the team, you will plan and conduct daily teaching based on the children's needs, interests, and abilities.
