JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Seminarieskolan is one of Landskrona city's largest primary schools located in the central parts of the city. Daily, about 730 students and 100 staff members meet at the school to work towards the school's vision that every student should be able to enter the high school program of their choice.

At Seminarieskolan, we work in close teams within the grade level, which means you need to be a team player who sees the benefit of working together for each student's best interest. In your role, you will plan and teach physics, chemistry, biology, and technology. At Seminarieskolan, we teach in blocks, meaning you will teach 1-2 subjects at a time. This way, both you and the students can enjoy a good working environment and have the opportunity to achieve good results.

As a teacher at Seminarieskolan, you are expected to evaluate your own teaching for good knowledge development, have strong leadership in the classroom, and participate in quality and development work. You are well acquainted with our governing documents and possess good assessment competence. You have a high motivation to work together with your subject colleagues on development work within the subject.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of teaching experience in one or all of the science subjects. You can clearly describe your successes in teaching and demonstrate positive results for the students. You have a teaching license with qualifications in the science subjects as well as technology.
