Your Role with Us
Based on analyses at the individual, group, and organizational levels, you will work with students with intellectual disabilities both at school and in the after-school program, as well as providing guidance with a focus on group and organization. In your work, you create relationships both internally and externally characterized by mutual respect and trust, and you meet students where they are. Furthermore, a good ability to implement the organization's mission regarding students in need of special support is required, as well as knowledge to adapt work methods and approaches to different groups' and individuals' conditions. You should have the ability to see the organization from a holistic perspective and integrate student health work into the organization. Naturally, you are well acquainted with current special education research, and we would like you to have good knowledge regarding alternative learning tools related to students with intellectual disabilities.
