Åkarp is a small community close to Malmö and Lund as well as Alnarp's inspiring natural environment. Åkarp has good communication with buses and trains. The school is centrally located with a 5-minute walk from Åkarp station. Dalslundskolan 7-9 is a school with about 250 students and 25 educators, organized into two teams. The staff works in teams with different professional competencies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who is positive and engaged and wants to support some of our students in a special education group. You enjoy working individually with students as well as in the classroom. You understand the value of integration but also see opportunities when integration is not the optimal solution.

You will be part of a team with teachers and resource educators, where everyone's mission is equally important and where the whole is prioritized for the children. The psychosocial work environment should be based on openness, collaboration, and curiosity. You have a lot of energy and a strong commitment to creating a safe environment for the children at school.

We believe you have previous experience working with children and see opportunities even when something is difficult. You have a pronounced ability to collaborate, are attentive, and can remain calm in stressful situations, as well as being flexible and responsive to both children, parents, and colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in childcare and school. We would prefer if you have previous experience in similar work and consider it an advantage if you have training in student health care. You should have your heart in the right place and maintain a professional approach. We place great importance on personal suitability.
