Workplace Description

International English School Trelleborg is a bilingual school for students in grades F-9. The school opened as a F-7 school in August 2022 and is now a F-9 school. Our school offers a safe and orderly environment where teachers can teach and students can learn, and we are committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

We are now looking for experienced substitute teachers as needed. Our focus is on learning and a calm environment where the school's routines and rules are followed by both students and staff. IES places great importance on all staff maintaining IES's core values and vision. A pleasant atmosphere and a good collaborative climate are key words behind our success. This is also the foundation for creating a red thread that guides and supports our students through their schooling and helps them achieve their goals. • You are used to working with children and young people, are professional, and the authoritative, responsible adult.
• You have the right to work in Sweden, available quite immediately, and a valid extract from the criminal record for work in schools.

Working as a substitute teacher with us involves many different tasks and teaching in several different subjects. We are a bilingual school, so very good knowledge of both Swedish and English is essential.
