Project Assistant in Molecular Hematology

Job Responsibilities

The Department of Molecular Hematology and the StemTherapy environment is seeking a project assistant with expertise in bioinformatics analysis of single-cell data.

The employee will analyze single-cell multi-omics data (protein, RNA, DNA) from leukemia stem cells for 3 months. The candidate must have the competence for bioinformatics analysis of such data and experience in cell biological experiments to study blood stem cells. The employee will be supervised by experienced researchers within the research group.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze single-cell multi-omics data (protein, RNA, DNA) from leukemia stem cells and have competence for bioinformatics analysis of such data and experience in cell biological experiments to study blood stem cells.
  • Master's degree in biomedicine or equivalent relevant education.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a research group is desirable.

Other

Temporary employment according to SÄVA for 3 months full-time. Start from 2026-02-01 or by agreement.
