Tegelbruksskolan in Klippan offers vocational training in the electrical, construction, and automotive industries at the high school level, adult education level, and higher vocational education level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help educate the future skilled workers in the construction industry, both young and adults?

We are now looking for a machine and construction teacher for our construction program at the high school and adult education level in Klippan.

About the position

As a teacher with us, you will work with both practical and theoretical instruction in construction. The position involves teaching at both the high school and adult education levels, providing a varied and developing job with different student groups.

Job tasks

• Teaching in machine and construction work
• Practical moments in the field as well as theoretical instruction
• Guiding students and APL
• Planning, documentation, and follow-up of teaching
• Collaboration with colleagues and industry contacts

QUALIFICATIONS

You need documented and proven experience in the industry. It is a great advantage if you have previously worked in teaching, preferably with completed teacher training and qualification/teacher certification.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in both students' knowledge development and has the ability to build and maintain relationships with learners.

You have a strong ability to deliver education with good quality and high goal fulfillment, with documented good results in education in the field.

Requirement to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. Competence in working with digital tools is an advantage for handling parts of the job tasks.

• Professional experience in construction and/or contracting
• Good experience with GPS-controlled machines and digital setting
• Good knowledge of safety, machines, and modern working methods
• Pedagogical ability and interest in sharing your knowledge
• Driving license B (requirement)
