In your role as a teaching assistant, your main responsibility is to support students with various challenges and neuropsychiatric variations in their daily lives. This primarily involves being available to students during lessons, transitions, breaks, and meal situations in school and after-school care. It is important to recognize the different needs of the students, consider their individual circumstances, and help them grow and develop. The goal is to increase students' independence and work towards inclusion to the greatest extent possible.


We are looking for someone with relevant education to work as a teaching assistant, who has experience working with children and preferably pedagogical experience to meet the student's needs for adjustments at the right level. Documented knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses, good collaboration skills, solution-focused approach, and low-arousal responses are advantageous.


The position is a fixed-term employment at 50% during the spring term of 2026.
