At KSJ AB, we work with personal assistance – as it is meant to be!
Here you meet Karin, Magnus, Sylvia, and Bibban, who have long experience, great commitment, and a heart for people. We know that good assistance is built on safety, respect, and close collaboration. With extensive experience in personal assistance, both from large and medium-sized companies, we know what it takes to create security, continuity, and quality of life for our clients – but also for our important assistants.
As an employer, we care about your well-being. Therefore, we offer good conditions, are affiliated with collective agreements, and provide a generous wellness allowance.
With us, you are important – both for the client and for us!
Feel free to visit us at Elbegatan 5 in Malmö – just check in first to make sure we are on-site.
To ensure safe and secure assistance, we conduct a background check if you are considered for the position. If the work involves assistance to children, you are also required to present an extract from the criminal record, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Become a personal assistant to a wonderful little boy in Malmö (Limhamn).
We are looking for someone who wants to make a real difference!
We are now seeking a personal assistant for a cheerful, cuddly, and playful 9-year-old for 25% night work (every other weekend). He is a boy who enjoys closeness, security, and routines – and who needs support throughout the night.
He has extensive support needs, partly due to epilepsy with both small and large seizures, which means you always need to be close and ready to act calmly and securely according to instructions.
You are his safety when the world is asleep.
What does the job entail?
Being a personal assistant to a child is not just about practical support – it’s about creating security, continuity, and presence. During the night, you are there if something happens, ensuring he sleeps well and securely, and helping with the routines that belong to the night and morning.
You will receive good introduction and guidance from the family and our team. You are never alone in your role – even though the work is carried out independently.
About the position:
- Employment rate: 25%
- Working hours: Night shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Work schedule: Every other week on Friday and Saturday
- Location: Primarily at his father's home in Malmö (Limhamn), but work at the mother's home in Sövestad outside Ystad may occur, so you need to be flexible with the work location.
We are looking for someone with a big heart, a calm mind, and a warm personality. You may have experience with children, care, or working with disabilities – or you might just be the right person anyway.
The most important thing is that you:
- Are a woman
- Are responsible, empathetic, and secure in yourself
- Are attentive and patient
- Have the ability to work independently but also be receptive
- Preferably have experience with epilepsy and assistance
- Thrive in a calm work situation with great responsibility
- Are smoke-free
- Can start the introduction/work immediately
- See the value in making a difference for a child – and a family
Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application period ends, so don’t wait to send in your application. Warm welcome!
