JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Treatment Team is part of the Open Care of the Individual and Family Welfare. The Treatment Team's area of responsibility is broad and offers family treatment, preventive parental support individually and in groups, crisis support, and mediation. You will be part of a team of ten people with solid expertise in social work. We have a clear development focus where employees are given the opportunity for high participation and accountability.

As a family therapist, the work is directed towards the target group of children, youth, and their families in need of support and interventions due to relational issues, lack of caregiving ability, and behavioral problems. The content of the treatment work is individually adapted based on the child's/youth's needs and is shaped together with the children, youth, and their parents based on the assignment. We have a team-based working method, and you work on behalf of responsible social workers with whom you have close collaboration.

The work as a therapist with us is conducted based on evidence-based methods and proven experiences. Documentation is done in Journal Digital.

You will have ambitious and engaged colleagues, and the leadership is based on trust. We see competence development as a natural part of the work, which is why external supervision is provided continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with professional experience in treatment work with children, youth, and families. The tasks require that you are a social worker or have other education that we assess as equivalent. It is an advantage if you have at least one of the following further education or methods: Basic psychotherapy training in step 1, IHF, FFT, Marte Meo, and that you have experience in leading children's groups and/or parental support groups.

You have a systemic and salutogenic approach and a good ability to create sustainable relationships. You navigate independently in your work and are prepared to take significant responsibility for your assignment, as well as being flexible and able to adapt and think anew if the assignment requires it.
